Vegan diet may ease arthritis, study finds | Science | The Guardian
,
I was a faithful vegan for over a year and I didn’t find it helped completely but it certainly did help!! My flare ups were decreased and I had more energy. As far as diets go though, the best thing I’ve found for myself is avoiding sugar! Sugar and my body do not mix! I LOVE sugar and everything with sugar but it certainly increases my pain and fatigue so I try to avoid it as much as possible. I also find drinking a lot of tea (i drink green tea mostly) helps as well.
